2. Shipping Costs:
Tone Lab provides low shipping cost on all orders within Vietnam. Enjoy the convenience of having your musical gear delivered to your doorstep with very low shipping fee.
3. Shipping Times:
- Ho Chi Minh City: We offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 3 PM. Orders placed after 3 PM will be delivered the next day. For urgent inquiries, feel free to contact us via our hotline for support.
- Other provinces and cities: Delivery takes 3-5 days.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD):
For your convenience, Tone Lab offers Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option. This allows you to pay for your order at the time of delivery.
5. Order Tracking:
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number to monitor the status and location of your shipment.
6. Undeliverable Packages:
If our shipping partners are unable to deliver your package due to an incorrect address or other issues, we will make reasonable attempts to contact you. However, Tone Lab reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a refund if necessary.
